We remove the old urethane and apply fresh high quality urethane to complete the recovery.

When do I need to replace my rollers? How do I check my rollers for wear?

Never send your folder rollers out for regrinding, as this dramatically destroys the life of the roller. Regrinding to the lowest worn diameter may look okay to run but it will be below the OEM spec size and the polyurethane won’t have any gripping spring-back left. Anyone that promotes this service doesn’t understand the function of the polyurethane’s gripping power or is hoping to sell you new rollers in the very near future.
