What does no downtime mean? When do I need to replace my rollers?
Save time with folder roller exchange. We send you refurbished folder rollers to match your change-out schedule so you can perform folder maintenance at your convenience. Your used rollers must be returned within 30 days of receiving the exchange rollers in good, reusable condition. We stock folding machine rollers and change-out accessories to fit all MBO or Stahl folders. If your model is not listed below, please call us for availability. Normal turnaround time for exchange orders is one week or less.
Exchange rollers come in classic urethane unless specified. Upgrade to high grip urethane for faster running speeds and more traction, especially with aqueous stock.

All MBO exchange rollers come with bearings installed. Order new Stahl one-piece style bearings with your exchange rollers. We package the basic change-out parts in roller packs as shown. See our folder accessories page to learn when to replace these parts. Be sure to have at least two or three rollers packs on hand during change-out, as the first couple of rollers will have the most wear on these parts.
